Greetings All

Greetings in the glorious name of Jesus Christ! Tomorrow is Easter Sunday, and there's one verse in particular that reminds me of the reason we celebrate this day. That verse is John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever shall believe in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life." Everlasting life! We,as believers, shall dwell with Christ for all eternity! Take a look at the life you've lived so far. Time has passed quickly. I am 59 years old, soon to be 60. I am acutely aware that there are fewer days ahead than there are behind, at least in human terms. This body will die, but then the eternal life of my soul begins, as promised by God. This is only possible because of two events. The first event is the crucifiction of Christ. Christ willingly went to the cross to bear the sins of man, and the wrath of God for those sins. Imagine the journey to the cross; a trial, a scourging, and a very public and humiliating death. The second event is the glorious resurrection of Christ, now our risen saviour! You see, without the resurrection, Christ would have been a liar; just another false diety. But He arose from the dead, proving He is the one true God! My faith is in our RISEN Saviour, is yours? If not, pray this prayer with me: Lord, I know I am a sinner. I know you died, and rose again, for my sins. Forgive me Lord. I invite you to dwell within my heart, and I give my life to you. Thank you Jesus. Amen! If you prayed this prayer in earnest, welcome to the family of God! We will one day meet in Heaven! Praise God! May God Richly Bless You All! NOW is the time for worship!

Lean on me

Greetings All, There will always be things in this world that are set to get you down, whether or not you are a believer. Both believers and non-believers, of course, will struggle to get through some of the challenges the world throws at them. As Believers, however, we have someone to go to, whom we can count on day and night, year after year, indeed, for all of eternity. That someone is God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, as the three are one. It is in God that we find our comfort. As believers, having found the comforter, we have a responsibility to tell those unbelievers about him. (Mark 16:15) Start with just one, and God will lead you from there! May God richly bless you all!

Greetings All!

Greetings in the Enriching Name of Jesus Christ! Growing up in my family meant taking part in housekeeping. We all had our chores to complete, and our work was inspected by our parents. When our work wasn't up to expected standards, we had a chance to correct the issue. Success meant payment of our weekly allowance! Our eyes were on the prize; our allowance provided a means to buy our treasures! As believers in Jesus Christ, we should no longer keep our eyes on earthly treasures. Our treasures are laid up in Heaven, awaiting our arrival. Matthew 6:19-21 tells us not to store up treasures for ourselves here on Earth, where they can be destroyed or stolen; but to store our treasures in Heaven, where it cannot be destroyed or stolen. "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." We will be with our savior in Heaven some day. Keep your eyes on the prize! Now is the Time for Worship! May God Richly Bless You All, My Beloved.

Greetings All

Greetings in the Strengthening Name of Jesus Christ! I recently watched a television documentary on bodybuilders. Those competing for titles were interviewed, and they all had one thing in common; start with the little things, and work your way up. So it is with those of us who follow Jesus. At the beginning, you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour. Following that, you need to grow. Start with the little things; read the Gospel, pray, and listen to those God puts in your path. After some time, you'll begin to notice you are gaining strength. As you continue, that strength builds, preparing you and keeping you strong throughout your walk. Eventually, you will be telling others the Good News of Jesus Christ, with the strength of the Lord in you! Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do all this through Him who gives me strength." Isaiah 40:29 says, "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak." Praise God! Now is the Time for Worship! May God Richly Bless You, My Beloved!

Greetings All!

Greetings in the Giving Name of Jesus Christ! There is nearly nothing on Earth which every person can personalize, except music. Music conducts us through joyful times, and through times of grief; through hard times, and times of ease; through times of love, and times when we suffer loss of love. Music needs no translation to be understood; indeed, musicians speak every world language, without words. Music connects us all. Music is a gift from God, it comes from the soul. He gives music to us, that we may use it to reach others, and, more so, to worship! James 5:13 says, "Is any among you afflicted? Let him pray. Is any merry? Let him sing psalms." Psalms 71:23 says, "My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed." Ephesians 5:19 says, "Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the lord..." Now is the Time for Worship! May God Richly Bless You All, My Beloved!

Greetings All!

Greetings in the Risen Name of Jesus Christ! World events are increasingly violent, and it is NOT going to get better! That said, you need to secure your position in eternity. The ONLY position you need is faith in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, sent to die for our sins, and to be resurrected to secure our salvation! The Roman Catholic ways will not save you, the Muslim ways will not save you, the Mormon ways will not save you, nor will the ways of the Jehovah's Witness, Buddhism, Hari Krishna, Confucianism, Hinduism, Sikhism, Shinto, Taoism, and Zoroastrianism. Why is this? Because ONLY Jesus was resurrected! The founders of EVERY OTHER faith are still in their graves, dead in their sin, and will one day be judged by God and sent to hell. Do not wait! If you are still searching for salvation, seek Christ! If you are saved already, tell others of God's promise! Now is the Time for Worship! May God Richly Bless You, My Beloved!

Greetings All!

Greetings in the Name of the Truth, Which is Jesus Christ! Did you know that Jesus spoke of hell, often? Hell is a very real place that was never designed for the human spirit to dwell therein. Hell was designed for Satan and his followers. Satan knows if we do not follow the salvation plan of Jesus, we will end up in hell with him; that's his plan. Jesus said it is a place of "weeping, and gnashing of teeth". (Matthew 25:30) "Where the fire never goes out" (Mark 9:43) "Everlasting torment" (Revelation 20:10) Jesus gives us these descriptions, not only for our realization, but so we know what those unsaved souls will go through, for eternity. Thus, we have been given a directive to go and preach the Gospel to all. I certainly won't be in hell, and neither will you, if you've accepted Jesus Christ as your savior. Now lets make sure everyone else knows there is a salvation plan for them too! Now is the Time for Worship! May God Richly Bless You, My Beloved!

Greetings All

Greetings in the Ever Listening Name of Jesus Christ, We are all in need of prayer, always. Praying is our direct line to God. What ever is on your mind, whatever need you have, whatever heartbreak you are living through, whatever you are thankful for, should be given to God in prayer. But when? Good question! Some folks pray in the morning, some in the evening, and others utter prayers whenever they feel it is needed. There is never a wrong time to pray. But, what does the Word say? 1 Thessalonians 5:17 says, "Pray without ceasing". Think about that! How does one pray without ceasing? Answer: Pray about everything. This doesn't mean you need to utter a long, drawn out prayer all day long. It means, simply, talking to God. Just talk. Prayer is an address to God; talking to God. He is always listening to His children! Now is the Time for Worship! May God Richly Bless You All, My Beloved!

Greetings All!

Greetings in the Ever Present Name of Jesus Christ! "Where do you go to church?" Very often I hear this question being asked, and it has been asked of me. If you are a believer in the salvation gift of Christ, then YOU are the church, along with all believers. Church buildings are just that; buildings. The home we meet in is a church building. The restaurant we meet in is a church building. Any building in which we meet is a church building. God's word says anytime two or more meet, HE is there! (Matthew 18:20) Where we meet is not important; THAT we meet, is. Praise God! Now is the Time for Worship! May God Richly Bless You, My Beloved!

Greetings All!

Greetings in the Gracious name of Jesus Christ! For Catholics world wide, Mary is the mother of Jesus, thus worthy of worship and reverence. It is important to know that Mary, although the mother of Jesus, was just as human as you and I. She married Joseph, and had other children. She was a sinner, as are we, who realized she needed the salvation of Christ, just as we do. God's commandments tell us not to worship any idols, we are to worship God, and God alone. John 14:6 tells us that no one goes to the Father, except through Christ. Praying to Mary is satan's deception. Praying to Mary is worshipping an idol, and that is a sin. Thankfully, if we confess our sins, through God's grace, we are saved! Mary knew this! Now is the Time to Worship! May God Richly Bless You, My Beloved!

Greetings All!

Greetings in the Omnipotent Name of Jesus Christ! We all know loved ones that are walking in a dark valley. Some overshadowed by situations they created, others by situations out of their control. We've all been there at one point, or another, in life. Sometimes, from our point of view, it looks bleak and hopeless, but we serve an omnipotent God! God already sees the outcome, and He is there to reassure us we are not walking alone! The Word says He will never leave us, nor forsake us! God knows our troubles. God hears our prayers. Trust in our God, who has seen the beginning and the end of all. The situation may not turn out as we wish, but God will be with us always! Now is the Time for Worship! May God Richly Bless You All, My Beloved!

Greetings All!

Greetings in the Loving Name of Jesus Christ! What is LOVE? Love is...sacrifice. When you love, you stop thinking about yourself. You start thinking about her/him, and realize what they want is more important than what you want. You work towards that realization. The SECRET of love is this...BOTH people must feel the SAME way. A monogamous relationship never works otherwise. BUT, there is a bigger LOVE. It's called Agape love. It is sacrifice for the LOVE one has for mankind. It is the sacrifice, in LOVE, Jesus offered for us, on the cross. Where could mankind be if we LOVE one another? Love one another as you love yourself. Selah. Now is the Time for Worship! May God Richly Bless You, My Beloved!

Greetings All!

Greetings in the Relieving Name of Jesus Christ! We've all seen the statue of Atlas, the strong man bearing the Earth upon his shoulders. Such a burden! As human beings, we all gather and bear burdens along our way. They weigh us down, take up our attention, and eventually control us. As believers in God, Satan knows burdens of guilt and sin will keep us from being focused on God. We begin to feel unworthy of God's love. But God's word say He carries our burdens! Psalm 68:19 - "Praise be to the Lord, to God our savior, who daily bears our burdens." God bears our burdens, daily; we need only praise Him! Do not let Satan convince you that you must trudge on under the weight of any burden. Give it to God! Now is the Time to Worship! May God Richly Bless You All, My Beloved!

Greetings All!

Greetings in the One and Only Name of Jesus Christ! I recently read a post, on a social network, that defended the practice of praying to Mary, the mother of Jesus. For many, Mary is the intercessor between themselves and Jesus. The bible tells us that we shall not make any graven image, we shall not bow down to it. (Exodus 20:4,5) The bible also says Jesus Christ is the only way to God, and salvation. (John 14:6) Mary was human, and she is dead. Mary cannot answer your prayers, nor can she intercede on your behalf. Jesus Christ is the only way! Now is the Time for Worship! May God Richly Bless You All.

Greetings All!

Greetings in the Name of Jesus Christ, On November 6th, 2015, I retired from my job of 31 years. I had looked forward to that date for some time, with eagerness. But, before I could retire, plans had to be made. I needed to be sure I had savings for my wife and I to live on, as well as distribution plans should something happen to me. I also had to train a replacement, and be sure they knew what was coming. Someday, we will face death. This is a certainty. We need to be ready for that day. We need to get our affairs in order so we will know what comes next. How do we do this? We set up our retirement plans with Jesus Christ. He has offered us the best possible retirement plan, when he died on the cross and rose from the dead on the third day. All we have to do is ask him to include us! Retirement will come, that is certain. Be ready! Now is the time for worship! May God Richly Bless You!

Greetings All

Greetings in the Reassuring Name of Jesus Christ, What is this world coming to, and what is our place in it? So many life changing events are happening in our country, most prominent being the "special group" movements. What is our role as Bible believing Christians? Our job, dear followers, is to love! It is the Holy Spirit's job to convict. It is God's job to judge. No one has ever been convinced they were wrong through the application of hate. Do not be confused regarding love and tolerance. Tolerance is a passive activity, and we are not to be passive; neither are we to hate. Jesus tells us to go into all the world and preach the gospel. Jesus tells us to pray. Jesus tells us to love. Now is the Time for Worship! May God Richly Bless You All, My Beloved.

Greetings All

Greetings in the Understanding Name of Jesus Christ! The following is something I read online, and I thought I'd pass it along! When I was a kid, my Mom liked to make breakfast food for dinner every now and then. I remember one night in particular when she had made breakfast after a long, hard day at work. On that evening so long ago, my Mom placed a plate of eggs, sausage and extremely burned biscuits in front of my dad. I remember waiting to see if anyone noticed! All my dad did was reach for his biscuit, smile at my Mom and ask me how my day was at school. I don't remember what I told him that night, but I do remember watching him smear butter and jelly on that ugly burned biscuit. He ate every bite of that thing... never made a face nor uttered a word about it! When I got up from the table that evening, I remember hearing my Mom apologize to my dad for burning the biscuits. And I'll never forget what he said, "Honey, I love burned biscuits every now and then." Later that night, I went to kiss Daddy good night and I asked him if he really liked his biscuits burned. He wrapped me in his arms and said, "Your Mom put in a hard day at work today and she's real tired. And besides, a little burned biscuit never hurt anyone!" As I've grown older, I've thought about that many times. Life is full of imperfect things and imperfect people. I'm not the best at hardly anything, and I forget birthdays and anniversaries just like everyone else. But what I've learned over the years is that learning to accept each other's faults and choosing to celebrate each others differences is one of the most important keys to creating a healthy, growing, and lasting relationship. And that's my prayer for you today... that you will learn to take the good, the bad, and the ugly parts of your life and lay them at the feet of God. Because in the end, He's the only One who will be able to give you a relationship where a burnt biscuit isn't a deal-breaker! We could extend this to any relationship. In fact, understanding is the base of any relationship, be it a husband-wife or parent-child or friendship! "Don't put the key to your happiness in someone else's pocket... keep it in your own." So, please pass me a biscuit, and yes, the burned one will do just fine. And PLEASE pass this along to someone who has enriched your life--I just did! Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle. "Would you please pass the jelly!!!" Now is the Time for Worship! May God Richly Bless You All, My Beloved!

Greetings in the Freeing name of Jesus Christ, Today is July 4th, and America is celebrating Independence Day, in remembrance of our freedom from tyranny. But you don't have to be from America to be independent from the tyranny of the evil one, all you have to do is call on the name of Jesus Christ to set you free! Our forefathers came to this country to establish a new nation, but Jesus Christ came to establish an eternal nation! Release yourself from the tyranny of Satan and his evil by accepting the salvation promise of freedom! Pray with me; 'Father in Heaven, I know and believe that you sent your Son to be a sacrifice to cover my sins. I know that accepting this sacrifice frees me from the tyranny of Satan! I invite you to dwell within my heart! Thank you Lord, for saving me. Amen.' Isaiah 54:14 says, "In righteousness you will be established: Tyranny will be far from you; you will have nothing to fear. Terror will be far removed; it will not come near you." Now is the Time to Worship! May God Richly Bless You, My Beloved!

Greetings All

Greetings in the Restful Name of Jesus Christ! My wife and I just got back from a short stay in a lakeside cabin! It was especially great because we were guests of folks we worship with, and dearly love! I say guests, but we are truly family in every way but blood! It's nice to be able to get away and refocus. Jesus used to do this regularly. Whenever he needed to refocus, he would head out to a private spot to pray. Jesus knew how important it was to 'get away'! Luke 5:16 says, "But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed. " Now is the Time to Worship! May God Richly Bless You All, My Beloved!
